Goals → anxiety; prefer process & anti-goals
• Goals create anxiety → stress.
• Goals are one-time events; both winners and losers have goals.
• Scorecards take your eyes off the ball — focus on the process.
• Move from goals to “anti-goals”: freedom is often about avoiding what you don’t want (traffic, upskilling people you don’t want to, etc.).
• Having no goals can be liberating; if you have goals, make them process-focused not result-driven.

Calm pace + friendships + curiosity as compass
• Do important tasks calmly, without rushing.
• Keep your heart young: open your heart with a genuine smile (“agathin azhagu mugathil theriyum”).
• Nurture friendships every day.
• Let curiosity lead — intuition and curiosity are powerful internal compasses.
• Don’t let money and modern distractions pull you away from meaning.
